Dücker Robotics –
The specialists for robot use
Dücker Robotics SRL, based in Momo (Italy), expands the Dücker Group's highly engineered arm in processing and process automation specifically for the corrugated industry in the field of robotics. The anthropomorphic - human-like - semi- and fully-automated robotic systems developed by Dücker Robotics, are highly flexible to use and easy to integrate into existing processing and process flows.
The palletising robot systems cover a wide range of application scenarios and are suitable for faster and slower processing lines, depending on the model. High production capacity combined with high flexibility and precision in palletising are basic characteristics of any robotic system. The configuration of the highly engineered system is quick and easy. This means that many different patterns and layouts can be easily adapted as required during palletising.
In order to best meet our customers' requirements for flexible systems, various specific robot systems have been developed.
This means that the available space for setting up and operating the systems can be adapted by the choice of model. Also, smaller systems can be placed in series to prevent downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
More than 20 years of market presence in the corrugated industry. More than 20 years of experience in the progressive development of highly engineered and complex robotic systems. More flexibility, automation, output and efficiency: With over 180 robot systems installed worldwide, Dücker Robotics is the market leader in the use of robots for loading and palletising in the corrugated industry.
In doing so, Dücker Robotics follows the philosophy of the Dücker Group: We rely exclusively on internal resources for design and software development to achieve our high quality standards.
